Full-Time

Starting At: $22-$25 Per Hour

REQUIREMENTS & PERSONAL QUALITIES

​

18 years of age or older.

Valid driver’s license / Must be insurable.

High school graduate or GED.

Able to lift 50 lbs. several times a day.

Professional Appearance.

Advanced problem solving skills.

Oral and written communication, and time management skills.

Must be optimistic, highly motivated and have a strong work ethic.

Must pass applicator testing.

Preparation classes included (Everything you’ll need to know to pass!)

Weekdays: 7am to 3pm

POSITION DETAILS / RESPONSIBILITES / TASKS

​

Paid training and mentoring program. (We will provide all the training you will need to succeed.)

Must provide excellent performance and superior customer service at all times.

Work independently on your own.

Perform fertilizer, weed control, and core aerations for residential/commercial properties.

Perform thorough inspection of lawns.

Analyze lawn conditions and provide clear descriptions and solutions for turf issues.

Maintain company property.
